The owner's guide
You own a LifeOps instance. Your Claude builds and runs it. You say what you want in plain words, and never touch code. Everything written for you is here.
Who this is forThis guide is for whoever runs the instance
Read this guide if the instance is yours to run. It covers running the app day to day, the protections your Claude follows, what the AI does, what a Claude conversation reaches once you connect one, where your data sits and how it is copied, what your devices report, every request the backend answers and every job it runs on its own clock, what happens between your asking for something and getting it, and how the app gets built, deployed and upgraded on your say-so. Three other sets ship alongside it: the user's guide covers the app screen by screen, the admin guide covers the settings that change how an instance behaves, and the feature guide is the list of everything the app does, one card each.
You never have to read any of it to find out where things stand. Start a session with your Claude and say "Read the operating guide and tell me where everything stands," and it tells you what's deployed, what changed lately, and what's waiting on you.

Each guide covers one part of owning your instance. Open the one that fits your question, and use the sidebar to move between them. New guides appear here as the system grows, so you always start from this page.
